The address shall bear the costs of customs clearance and the payment of any taxes due in accordance with the customs regulations in force in the country of destination, and it is for this reason that the charges arising from the import are not the responsibility of Goatedlink, but it is the customer who must pay the customs duties.

In case the customer refuses to pay such charges, the shipment will be considered as rejected by the customer and therefore will be sent back to our warehouse, refunding the amount of the purchased garments minus the charges derived from the rejection of the goods.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

For orders that include both spotify customizable and non-customizable products, the shipping cost will be doubled, as spotify customizable and non-customizable items are shipped from different branches. However, if the minimum amount for free shipping is reached, both shipments will be free of charge.
