Items purchased from GOATEDLINK must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free from deterioration, stains, odour or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all labels and any items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment in order to receive a refund.

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY:

*Orders placed between 18 November and 6 January will have 60 days for returns.

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL ( IBERIAN PENINSULA )

EUROPEAN UNION AND REST OF THE WORLD

For returns from the European Union and the rest of the world, it is not possible to process product or size exchanges. To make a return, please access the following link: Returns and exchanges portal. The price of the return is 9,90 euros European Union / 25 euros outside the European Union.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-15 working days of the item arriving at our warehouse. During collection launches and holiday campaigns, Black Friday or other periods of high courier density, the return processing time may vary slightly.
